Need to upgrade computer

Hi, friends

I have a 3-4 years old computer system. Now i want to upgrade.
So what i can use keyboard+mouse+20"asus lcd.
I have total 50-60k(50000-60000rs) to upgrade.
So i request you to suggest a upgrade for me. I mainly use pc for video encoding and lil gaming.

My choice-1

cpu-core i5 750/core i7 860

Motherboard-asus p755d-pro (or ??)

Ram-4gb 1600mhz ddr3 ram(which brand?)

Hdd-750gb(32mb & which brand?)

Graphics card-xfx radeon hd 5850

Psu-??

Dvd writer-??(I Do lil burning too)

Cabinet-??

Choice 2

Cpu-amd phenom II 965 be

mb-any good board you suggest

Ram-same

Gcard-same
Psu-?

N.B. I have no plan for crossfire or sli.

In that case it's more important is your budget if cost is not an issue for you then i would suggest you to go with Core2 QUAD with 4gb RAM and good motherboard, in graphic card i would recommend you to go with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 295 which is very good according to me.

In 50-60k, I would suggest:

cpu-core i5 750/core i7 860 any of them will do

Motherboard-asus p755d-pro this is one of the best I would suggest

Ram-4gb 1600mhz ddr3 ram(which brand?) I think Transcend memory module is best for that

Hdd-750gb(32mb & which brand?) go for Seagate, I believe they have best drives with an excellent speed

Graphics card-xfx radeon hd 5850 instead of amd, i would recommend nvidia's GeForce 8800 GTX graphic card (best quality and excellent performance)

Psu-?? 750W is optimum for you (brand - CORSAIR )

Dvd writer-??(I Do lil burning too) Do you really need it? If yes then I think Sony DRU-820A will be enough for you.
