AsRock M266A R3.0 Motherboard Driver Problem

Hello, I am having Windows xp operating system installed on my computer and while using it, due to the Virus infection I have removed my older Operating and reinstalled the Windows xp. But, now I am getting problem of the Audio driver for my AsRock M266A R3.0 Motherboard. From the motherboard driver cd it is taking all of the other drivers. But, only driver of the audio device it is not accepting. I have not got such kind of error before. So, if you are having any solution for solving this problem, then please help me to achieve it.
