AsRock N68-S vs AsRock X58 Deluxe

Hello, I want to buy new motherboard for my old computer. As I was using AsRock in my old computer and it worked for many year, now also I want to buy the motherboard of AsRock. I have selected two board as AsRock N68-Sn and AsRock X58 Deluxe for my computer. But, I am not able to get the one of them to select. So, if you are having any idea about them then please provide some suggestion to me.
