Gigabyte GA-GC230D Driver Not Working

Hello, I am having Gigabyte GA-GC230D motherboard in my computer. Recently I have installed Windows xp on my computer by formatting my computer. I am not able to install the drivers from the Driver CD on my computer. I don't know why this time it is giving me problem. I have tried to perform all of the necessary changes. But, I am not able to get the solution for it. If anyone is having solution for it, then please provide me that. So, I can install all of the drivers and then solve my problem of driver.

If you are not able to install the drivers with regular mode then I think you need to make use of the Safe mode for installing the drivers. It will solve your problem. I have tried one time this and get succeeded in installing it. I don't know the reason behind this, but it may possible that you also able to get solution for your driver in safe mode.
