Need advise on lga 1156 system build

Hello guys,
First merry xmas on advance.
I am building a new rig. I have selected
Cpu-core i7 860.
Ram-Corsair 4gb ddr3 1600mhz core i5 edition(7-7-7-20) or gskill ripjaws f3 12800 4gbrh cl 7-7-7-24.
Graphics card-ati 4890 or ati 5770(not going to crossfire).
Hdd 500gb 32mb

Now I need advise on above mentioned graphics cards. Which one is better and advise anyother of your choice(I am not hardcore gamer, just wanted to be future proof).
A suitable motherboard to work fine with those gcard and ram.
Finally a good psu(please post price) to run those smoothly.

According to me you should go for Hd5770 graphic card. You surely won't regret on your decision. ATI Radeon HD 5700 graphics cards deliver more than 1 TeraFLOPS of compute power, ensuring superior performance in the latest DirectX 11 games, as well as in DirectX 9, DirectX 10, DirectX 10.1 and OpenGL titles. These cards where specifically designed to be bottlenecked in games to pump out a predictable (and limited) amount of performance for its specific price range. Thus we (the consumer) can safely assume that the 5750 performs less than the 5770 <-- 5850 <-- 5870.
