I think you should not confuse in between these two motherboards. In my opinion you should buy the GIGABYTE x58 Motherboards.Because this Motherboard has the many more feature and advantages as compared to the MSI x58 Motherboard. This is the latest Motherboard of the Gigabyte and this processor is enabled with the Intel Core i7 processor. This motherboard also supports RAM upto the 24GB expandable. This has the slot for the IEEEa cable for the connection with the latest electronic gadgets.

For making the High end gaming PC you does not only require the good motherboard but it also depends on the Processor of the motherboard. The processor is the Main part of the motherboard. If you want the Gaming PC then in my opinion you should go for the AMD processors. Because these processors are basically made for the Gaming purpose. You should go for the AMD ATHLON Quad Core 64 bit processor. This is the latest processor of the AMD available at this time for gaming.

For experiencing the full enjoyment of the game which you are playing on the computer system there is two more things which are related to this. The very important hardware part is the Graphic Cards. You should have the graphic card installed in your computer system. The NVidia provides the very good Graphic cards. And the second thing is your computer system should have minimum of the 1GbB RAM but i will recommend that upgrade the RAM from 1GB to 2GB.
