    Nope,
You are using processor which is built up with pin type socket. But nowdays all the processors are generally come up with pinless socket. So if you wish to change motherboard then you have to change the RAM and processor also.
Hope you'll buy a new one.

    Hey dude,
Its not only about the processor. The motherboard are now introducing with new technologies where your motherboard having the DDR 1 RAM and now the motherboard are supporting the DDR 2 and DDR 3 RAM.
so its better to spend some and upgrade your system.

    Adios.....

I think you have given your mother board in some local store for repairing and they don't have have such old type of mother board .So i suggest you try any where else.If you still do not able to repair it I just given intel service center address send your mother board there they will definitely repair it.

Hey Satish, Once again greetings of the day.

As per your upgradation is concerned i would like to tell i am using Intel Dual Core 2.6 GHz processor with Intel D102 Motherboard but you cant find this motherboard because intel is not manufacturing this board anymore. So its better to buy a Intel Desktop board D975XBX2 it will work with greater performance. It will solve your Motherboard problem
