Asus p5q deluxe vs p5q-e Motherboard

I am looking for a new motherboard and there are two only options of asus motherboard. I am confuse between this two model 1] asus p5q deluxe and ASUS P5Q-E. Can any tell me the difference between this two motherboard? Which one is best?

The Asus P5Q Deluxe : LGA775 socket for Intel Core2 Extreme/Core 2 Quad,CPU: Supports all Quad/Dual Core Intel LGA775 Processors.Storage: 6x SATA 3.0Gbps via ICH10R, 2x SATA 3.0Gbps via Silicon Image SIL3752 controller, 1x UDMA133 & 1x eSATA 3.0Gbps via Marvell 88SE6121 controller. I believe the primary difference is the P5Q although its P45, does not support crossfire (while the P5Q Deluxe definitely does at 8x8x).
