an looking for upgrading system with AMD processor while searching around i come across AMD Phenom X4 965 II Black Edition there looks like much better configuration but i need more information about it .so please reply with good information.

AMD announced recently a new version of the processor 965 Phenom X4 Black Edition II, characterized by a decrease in TDP up to 125 Watt 140 Watt than previous innovations and some minor but very interesting overall. Nothing changes from the side of performance are at clock frequency 3.4 GHz in combination with 6 Mbytes of L3 cache, unified among the 4 processor cores.
