It looks like the motherboard is bad. Have you tried a different power supply and also Check all power supply cables connected. Your graphics card may require supplementary power and so may your asus p6t motherboard.

First of all, is it the right power supply for the asus p6t motherboard. Second thing, reset the BIOS. Means unplugging the power supply to the motherboard, removing a little back-up battery and moving a jumper for a few seconds.Third, try new RAM. If that doesnt work then you might power supply problem.

Does it beep when you switch it on, and does the hard drive work as if it's loading the operating system?Reset the cmos, you have to run a repair installation of windows when you change the motherboard or move a drive from another computer to another computer.

If you have any overclocked hardware, return them to their default speeds. You can also try this : unplug the power to your computer for 20 seconds or more. Plug the computer back in and your PC should start normally.

Replace the CMOS battery. For some reason the P6T Deluxe V2 does not have any error beeps or screen message during POST if the CMOS batery dies. Motherboard just seems dead. Replace with a fresh one and try again. It worked for me.
