Msi n1996 motherboard boot Problem

I just upgraded my system but when i start my system it attempt to load windows but ends up flickering and restarting and with two long beeps it stops at booting process. Is there any fault in my MSI N1996 Motherboard. Do i need to update any driver?

You could try re-seating your ram and your video card if applicable. 2 beeps generally upon post depending on the bios is video or unstable ram which is not related with you MSI N1996 Motherboard.

If the computer beeps the same tone over and over again (One after another) or beeps in series of three, then you may have a problem with memory.1 Long, then 2 Short Beeps: Video error. Explanation: The BIOS is unable to access the video system in order to write any error messages to the screen. Diagnosis: This is usually caused by a problem with the video card, or the memory on the video card. It can also be a motherboard issue. 2 short beeps indicates that it is CMOS error.
