Can't Install Dane-Elec USB Memory Stick

Hello,
I bought a 16GB Dane-Elec memory stick Z Light USB Flash card and I am unable to install it.My system finds the new hardware and starts the installation procedure, it then fails .I connected it to my hard drive but I can't locate it in my drive. can you help me out ??? Any suggestion?

Do the following steps...

1) Plugged USB Drive in and saw it saw hardware manager install it but didn't see new Drive Volume in My Computer

2) Opened Control Panel

3) Open System

4) Clicked Device Manager from Hardware Tab

5) Expanded Disk Drives

6) Right clicked USB Flash Memory USB Device and hit Properties

7) Clicked Volume Tab and hit the Populate Button.

By this you can fix your problem

• Insert the installation CD in the rom :the window USB Reader Software displays.
• It shows USB Reader Installer Click on USB Reader Installer.
• Then double-click on Continue, then on agree to accept the licence contract.
• Select the reader you have purchased and click on Install.
• Then click on Continue. Then Restart to validate the installation.
Icon displays on your desktop after your FLASH memory card has
been inserted in the DANE-ELEC reader. This will enable you to read, write and
transfer your data between your FLASH memory and your computer
