Gigabyte M720 US3 motherboard startup problem

I upgrade my motherboard with Gigabyte M720 US3 which was purchased 3 weeks ago! I also having AMD Phenom II X2. When I start my computer, it doesn't and no beep error appears at the startup. The LED lights up and the fan rotates. I have tested my RAM on another pc and it is working. I even tested graphics card, Antec 380 W power supply and HDD on another computer and everything comes to be OK. I seek your opinion because this is the first time this situation happens to me.

First make sure you have updated the bios with CPU core supported on this motherboard. Download bios F5 to support the Phenom X2. What is the other CPU that you have tried? Also check if every component is installed and connected properly.

Have you plugged in the connector of power supply again? Also try to reset your bios to see everything is proper. If you are using video card then try to remove the cable and plug it into onboard VGA. Otherwise it could be the dead card, it sometimes happens but seen quiet rarely.

First try replacing the CMOS battery and see what happens. If it doesn't work then try to remove all parts from the motherboard except 1 RAM stick, graphics card, PSU, and CPU. Now boot. If it doesn't boot then it is surely either the PSU or the motherboard problem.
