    Ecs geforce 6100sm-m

    Hello
    I just formatted my pc which was under vista, then I'm in xp pro but impossible to have an Internet connection / LAN, in the Device manager I have no network connection i can see yellow marks


    Here is the confi:
    ECS GeForce6100SM-M

    NVIDIA nForce 405

    The problem in due to your hardware is not get detected properly and the problem is due to your computer drivers that may be not installed correctly or your installation of windows is not proper due to that you not able to install driver correctly now uninstall drivers with cc cleaner and try to install it again else try fro windows ..

    Make sure you have proper driver working .Also why you formatted your previous windows because i had same problem that my windows was freezing so i formatted windows then installed it again but after installation my network connection was not able to connect to internet i did install latest driver and all but problem was in hardware so i installed new Lan it working proper

    For those who would face this problem for Motherboard ECS GeForce6100SM after Formatting has due to more pilots NIC (ethernet) so you just install manually (as if it were a video card driver or others. . Here is the link or download it

    Procedure:
    Updating the PCI bridge device without going through the Internet, choose the location and click on the setup file in the zip file you downloaded and unzipped on the desktop install.
