Amd sempron 3400+ economic performance and overclock

i am looking for suggestion with Amd sempron 3400+ regarding economic performance and performance with overclock actually i have got this processor from my friend so i am looking for more details about it .please help me

the maximum value you can set tp 9x .If the multiplier is up to you have to get up to 2GHz fsb ...with the good voltage to 2GHz should not undergo significant changes, I think it is enough ..temperatures is not high and a slight increase in voltage should not cause problems ..also can push to 2.3ghz....
