Need PhoenixBios D686 BIOS upgrade

Due to some reason i had formatted my computer and after completing the installation I reset the computer and it was not getting started but doing some time i got a windows XP loading screen and the computer gets reset. When i asked my friend about it he told me install the latest BIOS version and i don't have any idea of motherboard the only think it has on the motherboard is a sticker with PhoenixBios. Does anybody know where can I get PhoenixBios D686 BIOS upgrade find it?

But i don't think so that updating BIOS would solve your problem because BIOS updates are usually for cpus not recognized or hard disks not recognized. If the computer is resetting when XP loads, you have a either a RAM problem, hard disk problem, Windows driver problem, or perhaps a power supply problem. RAM problems are the most common in install failures.

I have try to do all the above things but i know that upgrading Bios would definitely solve my problem can anyone provide me the download link so that i can get it and i am sure after that my computer would work fine and thanks fro replying me.
