    Cannot Allocate Mem Addresses as administrative rights are restricted, or interference with, can refer to the failure of memory allocation it is also possible due to some conflict in the antivirus software and simulator or Emulator over the authority of memory allocation, so it is advised to disable your antivirus during the use of emulator

    you would be Needed to re-assigned permissions, please navigate to Group Policy (Start Menu → Run: gpedit.msc) then Computer Configuration → Windows Settings → Security Settings → Local Policies → User Rights Assignment → lock pages in memory → set lock for current user

    Delete th following registry
    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows NT \ CurrentVersion \ Windows]

    "AppInit_Dlls" = "C: \ \ PROGRA ~ 1 \ \ KASPER ~ 1 \ \ KASPER ~ 2.0 \ \ adialhk.dll"

    To remove adialhk.dll registry entry:
    1. Open Kaspersky Settings -> Privacy Control, and disable Anti-Dialer
    2. Start -> Run
    3. Type in regedit, and press ENTER
    4. Goto:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows\AppInit_DLLs
