Use SpeedItUp Extreme. It is an all in one Speed booster designed to significantly increase the speed of your computer and boost your PC available memory. Making your computer run much faster. Some users reported up to 300% (3 times) Faster Performance. Applications will load up much quicker!

Cpu speed depends on CPU only, but yes with the graphics card your system performance will improve and with additional RAM also system will work faster.

Increasing the speed means over clocking. AMD processors can be overclocked very efficiently...But in your case your processor is 1.8Ghz, it can be over clocked upto 2.1Ghz... Well while overclocking keep in mind that power consumption increases and cooling must be efficient...
