Well you have inbuilt Nvidia Geforce 7050 which is enough for you, but if its now enough then you can go for Geforce 9800 or any other as per your budget, And for power supply go for Thermaltake Toughpower 550W Power Supply.

In my view ati hd 4870 is good for you and for psu try 500w as you would require good power due to GPU well try Cooler Master iGreen 500w PSU.Cooler Master's power supply has been praised highly of its high efficiency and stability. In the year of 2006, Cooler Master will launch a new series of power supply iGreen Power 430W/500W/600W.iGreen Power is the world first power supply which achieves 85% efficiency through Double Forward Switching Circuit Technology. This intelligent circuit configuration stabilizes your running system without costing you a fortune.

I just dropped some config like monitor+cpu to fit in the budjet
    mobo Asus P5N73-AM
cpu Intel Dual Core - E5200
hdd WDC 320 GB S-ATA 3.5" Hard Drive
    cab Zebronics BIJLI
GPU 9600GT 512MB DDr3 (maybe later in case over budget)
    ram CORSAIR 4GB (2 x 2GB) /G skills 4 gb PI Black
    Optical
drive Samsung SH-223 Serial ATA 22x
monitor Benq 15" Wide Screen TFT LCD Monitor
