new motheboard

i have bought a new motherboard 945 chipset. i have p4 proceesor of 3.06ghz. motherboard is working fine but in order to install driver we must set first bootable device to cd rom. but keyboard and mouse are not working and screen is showing press del to enter setup. pls help me

for 3ghz why ur going for 945 board go for 915 easily available for 1400 rs best compatible motherboard
