motherboard for phenom ii 550

i am planning to buy a cpu with phenom ii 550. Could you please suggest a cheap and stable am2+ motherboard for the same. my total budget for the cpu is 15k max.

It depends on what kind of ddr3 you buy. There are relatively cheap ram out there. And you do need an am3 board if I'm not mistaken, but still i will suggest 1 motherboard with 1 ram.

It depends on what kind of ddr3 you buy. There are relatively cheap ram out there. The ASUS M4 Series motherboards are high performance motherboards for latest AMD Phenom II processors.

I m getting processor+asus m3a78-em / processor+gigabyte ma78gm for about Rs. 10.5K. Please suggest which one should I go for as both the mobos have similar config? (the price is a bit higher than my anticipated budget)

Any user experience regarding heating issues on RAM incompatibility, please share.

I recommend:ASUS M3A78-EM . But either way the outcome will be similar.
These two boards read nearly the same so it is upon you to decide

To me, both Asus as well as Gygabite performs good. Also, since both of these mobos have very similar specifications, both of them would result same performance, choose whichever you want !!!

But remember to take greater RAM say..atleast 1GB or 2GB preferrably to avoid any unnecessary causes.
