AM2+ CPU Limitation with DDR2 1066

I am looking for a motherboard which support 1066 RAM. I have two choices ASUS M3A78 or ASUS M3A79. But they says : "Due to AMD CPU limitation, DDR2 1066 is supported by AM2+ CPU for one DIMM per channel only." Can someone explain exactly what that means?

AM2 processors will work on AM2+ motherboards and AM2+ processors will work on AM2 motherboards. However, the operation of AM2+ processors on AM2 motherboards will be limited to the specifications of Socket AM2 (1 GHz HyperTransport 2.0, and one power plane for both cores and the IMC). AM2 processors do not benefit from the faster HyperTransport 3.0 and separate power planes on AM2+ motherboards.

So, sounds like AMD still having trouble with 1066 RAM or it Could be a limitation of your motherboard, AM2+ boards in general do not have this limitation. It means that the AMD dual channel memory controller in the AM3/AM2+ processors only supports 1 DIMM per channel at that speed. So, if you have 4 DIMM slots, 2 per channel, if you want to use DDR2-1066 memory at or above its rated speed, you can only populate one slot per channel.

According to the Specifications of M3A79-T Deluxe it has Dual Channel memory architecture but it says Due to AMD CPU limitation, DDR2 1066 is supported by AM2+ CPU for one DIMM per channel only. and Due to OS limitation, when installing total memory of 4GB capacity or more, Windows 32-bit operation system may only recognize less than 3GB. Can any one suggest me another motherboard which support DDR2 1066.
