Error Mesaage - The instruction at 0x0006fc10 referenced memory at 0x0006fc10 the memory could not be read

I'm running Windows Xp as my operating system. The problem is that whenever i try to turn on my system, after 5 to 10 minutes working on it, it gives out the following error message "the instruction at 0x0006fc10 referenced memory at 0x0006fc10 the memory could not be read" on my desktop screen. I can not understand why i'm facing such problem on my pc? Does any body knows about this issue? Kindly provide me the correct solution in order to get rid of the above issue. Any kind of help on the above issue would be appreciated.

This error message occurs because the operating system does not allocate a large enough buffer for the maximum string length that is permitted. When the data is larger than the buffer size, the Winlogon service stops unexpectedly and your computer generates the error message.

In order to get rid of the above issue, you need to open up your PC, then try to remove the memory-sticks. Then try to clean the contacts with an eraser and blow away the remnants. Then you need to reinsert the memory back on your system. Then reboot your system.

Try to insert your memory stick on another slot and check out whether you still get the same error message on your pc. If it doesn't resolve your issue then you can check out the following link. Hope so it may help you to resolve your above issue.
