A7n8x deluxe bios

hi
i am looking to update my friends motherboard bios which is a7n8x deluxe bios please can any one help me to update a7n8x deluxe bios i dont have much knowledge in it.

I made my update as follows:
Download the ZIP -
-Extracting ZIP in a directory
use of AsusUpdate
-Update BIOS from a file (with the "Clear CMOS Checksum bios to load default settings" box)

I also installed and restart the driver for the Realtek chipset

I restart ... I go in my bios I change the settings in my memory ... Flute ... remember if 6-3-3-2.5 or 6-2-2.2.5 or 5-2-2 -- 2.5 ...
I love 6-2-2-2.5 ...

I backup, I restarted Windows XP ... blue screen and reboot as dry and ...
reboot, blue screen, reboot ... and it continues ...

I say either the bios or the driver Realtek ... Fortunately I have the BIOS on 1007 ... I flash disk ..

Updated bios for A7N8X Deluxe Available on the ASUS

note

Add 1-boot option to select boot from SCSI or SATA.
2-Update FSB400 table.
A7N8X BIOS 1004 for PCB revision 1.03, 1.04, and 1.06 only.

For PCB 1.04 and 1.06 ONLY

PS: Remember to record your settings already use in your current BIOS before the flash ..
