Need help in building new PC

Im looking forward to build a new PC for gaming. My budget is Rs 35000 (excluding monitor & UPS).
i want a good motherboard below 5 k.
processor - either C2D E8400 or C2 Q8200
Im going to buy a palit HD4850 special sonic, 500gb WD HDD, 2 GB 800mhz RAM, 600 wt PSU. Plzz tell me which motherboard & processor should i use.

Get quad cores dude...starts frrm 9k till 15k...
gud dudget then why to go for c2d?
