Which processor for Dell dimension 3000

Well, i bought a dell dimension 3000 desktop pc for my younger brother last week. Actually he needed it for playing games like AoE3. But the problem is the system doesn't have any AGP of PCIe slots and the present processor is not compatible for playing such kind of games. I was not aware of this before buying the system. So what i need now is either to replace the computer or replace the processor. Could any of you guys suggest me any choice of processor for the Dell dimension 3000 ?

The main problem with Dell dimension 3000 is that it doesn 't have an AGP or groove of the chart PCIexpress. You are limited to using PCI graphics released outdated. The best PCI card in the world is too slow for today to bring into force the latest games at full settings. Graphics is the weakest point for the Dimension 3000 as it is for most budget systems. It uses the Intel Extreme 2 integrated graphics which has very limited 3D capabilities. To make matters worse, the system lacks and AGP or PCI-E slot for a graphics upgrade. Motherboard is a socket 478, and $ 800 are totally excessive. You would be much much better to be able to buy elsewhere. You can create a whole system in the 3GHz range for just $ 800.
