Upgrading my desktop. Suggestions pls.

Hey everybody,
I'm gonna upgrade my desktop in 2 days. My upgrade is gotta be under 15k. I've browsed through a lot of threads in this forum & my preferred config has come down to this..

AMD ATHLON X2 7750+ BE
Sapphire ATI Radeon 4770 512MB
4GB DDR2 ram
Considered 500GB HDD Seagate. But it seems it has got many issues. Any other?
Not sure about the mobo. I've checked with few & those came with onboard graphics which i don't need coz i'm buying one. Right now, I've got Gigabyte MA78GM-US2H on my mind.
And do i need a new PSU?

Btw, i've thought of buying Samsung 2233sw monitor a little later. But i want this one to be under 15k.

Me too upgrading my desktop in a week
I want to replace my motherboard, processor, RAM, HDD and monitor
Any ideas as to how much I can get for my current config??

Intel P4 2.0 Ghz
512+256 MB RAM (I guess DDR)
80GB+40GB HDD
some motherboard,
17" CRT monitor

I want a decent config. Something which will be able to run smoothly Vista, Fifa 09, DOOM 3, and other high end games coming out these days
Also it would be great if you could suggest a new config.
To go for AMD or Intel?? On-board graphics or Graphic card?
