Best Dual fan radiator

hi
recently my pc badly suffer due to temperature problem after that t tried out clean up process for dust then increased fan inside cpu then also i feel like i need more cooling solution as per my friend suggestion i need Dual fan radiator for better cooling can some one tell me which one is better solution for me ?

there is lots of thing cause increase in temperature cust check this cooling guide also Innovatek Dual Fan 120mm Radiator is better you can go for it ..
