Best BIOS settings for P5Q?

Who of you has an GTX 280 and a quad 6600 with 3.2 Ghz or 3.4 Ghz running on a P5Q series?

Would like to know what you all have changed in bios at the Quad? so that it runs stable and smooth! I have a feeling that I, despite my 3.4 Ghz overclocking is not super!

My system:
Nvidia GTX 280
4x3.4 Ghz Quad 6600
4 GB RAM
Asus P5Q Mainboard

Do you have after the prime OC ever tested?

If the temps permit, you can increase the Vcore, but in very small increments, as 0.05 V or less! keep an eye on temps!

Each CPU is individual and if your not running at 3.4 Ghz is stable, then you must halt at a stable clock go down.

So runs my quad 3.4 Ghz with stable and is at 1:31 Volt! with prime95 I Tested, everything runs flawlessly
