By basic computing you mean internet surfing, watching video, etc, yes it is a good config but for high end gaming, graphic intensive work, you will require a good graphic card.
Hey!
Yeah it will be like, your work would be done, but if you want to have a good gaming experience, you will need a good graphics card and i suggest you to go for Core 2 Duo instead of dual core....! All the best...!
Yes !
Its worth enough for normal computing.
But it also depends on the company you buy from....!
If you want have a safe caomputing buy
motherboard - gigabyte/intel
processor - intel
RAM - transcend
HDD - seagate/samsung
Cabinet - IBall/Intex
Hey i would suggest you to go with the following Configuration.
Intel Core 2 Duo 2.8 Ghz
Asus P5N73 with Intel Chipset and Onboard 256 Graphic Card
2gb RAM
500gb HDD
With this configuration you can also play games and if you take 500gb HDD you need to add very less amount.
I have decided to go for intel dual core E5200 processor with intel DG 31 PR motherboard (keeping in mind future upgrades) with 2 GB ram and 320 hard disk
I have a few queries :
1. Do I need to go for a particular RAM (regarding brand) also should I go for a 667 or 800 Mhz one. The vendor was telling me that if I go for a better quality brand, it will work better.
2. Do the cabinets have a 4 slots for USB at the front. Also if I put my own creative sound blaster 5.1 card, will the 2 jacks for audio at the front go defunct.
Also do I need to disable the integrated sound card in such a case.
Still waiting for an answer to my queries
Yes !
If you go for Better quality Ram it will help you run perfect. I will suggest to you to use transcend.
No cabinet has four usb/sound slots/jack in front.
Also us it true that the front USB slots in the cabinet are 1.1 and the back slots are 2.0
