Computer does not turn ON

Hey Guys!
I need help..! My computer became dead all of a sudden..! When i switch ON the main power, motherboard's LED glows but when i power ON the machine, nothing happens. No beeps and even CPU and PSU fans don't spin..! What would be the issue..? Help guys!

No power from the computer can be caused by any of the below possibilities.

• Connections not proper
• Third-party or New hardware
• Bad power cable.

But your case does not seem to have a bad power cable as your motherboard led glows...! Check if you have installed any new hardware, that might be problematic..! All the best..!

Check if you don't have a Bad power supply, Bad battery or incorrect power supply...! Check all the cables from the Power Supply Unit are properly connected to the motherboard and other device like hard disk and dvd-rw...! Also try changing the BIOS battery..! All the best...

Yeah, try out the above steps first. If nothing helps try to swap your reset and power switch on the motherboard. Might be your power button is worn out...! Connect your reset switch in power buttons place and press reset button to power ON... All the best...!

i am having the same problem however when it does actually go on i get a black and purple screen with garbage flowing throughout the screen and windows does not bootup? any solutions?

I guess there is something wrong with your Graphics card or memory... If it doesn't work with changing these parts its only the Hard disk that you can suspect...

i just recently changed the hard drive so it probably not that
any info on how-to change graphics card/memory?

If your Computer fan is not turning on then check if your PSU is working?

Check if your PSU/SMPS fan is working on power on, If that is not spinning then you got the problem its your Power Supply Unit you need to replace.

yes thank you it was the power supply!!! bought it changed it and wow it's working...thanks guys
