    hi,
I'd suggest it's the power supply. It's possible it's the motherboard, but I'm 99% certain your CPU is fine. I'd try swapping the PSU. If you've still got a problem then get the motherboard replaced.

Do you have the AUTO Overclocking feature enabled? If so... DISABLE it.

You need to stick to the stock voltage settings.

    hi,
it is a power supply problem. The thing is, if your power supply is going, it could very well take out your motherboard or various components. Unfortunately, my experience has been that replacing a power supply is usually not an easy thing. It SHOULD be easy, but it usually means taking everything out of the case so that you can get the power supply out/in.

    Is you CPU overclocked?

Try resetting your BIOS settings to default

Try going into your bios and look for the spot where it says restore defaults then restore them. If something has been done manually to change the voltage this will get it back to having the board auto detect the voltage.
