Choice between two processors ?

Hello friends,

I am about to purchase a new computer system. I have already decided for hard-disk, RAM, monitor, keybord-mouse, etc... But m not able to decide which processor to choose. Since processor being the most important component of the system, I dont want to take any kind of a risk...
So tell me guys which processor I should go for ?
