Suggestion for motherboard / moniter & power supply

I have budget of Rs. 34,000/-
    I am a casual gamer.
After discussing with my vendor (who will assemble it for me) I have finalized following & Prices quoted by him are as follows. He purchases the parts from some shop in Andheri & I don’t want to go shopping myself, so that, if some parts fail he will look after that.

    MotherBoard Not yet decided
    Core2 Duo E7400 (2.80 GHz) 5,950 (I think E8200 is too costly)
    RAM (2GB DDR2 800MHz) 1,350
    Seagate 250GB 2,250
    SAMSUNG 22X DVD Writer 1,100
    Samsung 19" Moniter 6,950
    Cabinet with PSU (iball) 2,000
    Key Board & Mouse 1,000
    20,600
So I am left with Rs. 13500 approx.

In my old computer I have XFX 8600 GT which I will be using new computer & in the future I may by a new graphics card, but not a very high end as I am a casual gamer.
I also have Seagate Barracuda-11 500GB & Barracuda-10 320GB in old comp which I will be using new computer, & put new HDD in old comp as that will be used by my father for his work.

Now my question is as follows

    1. Which Samsung 19” monitor costs only Rs. 6950/- Do you know, cause I was expecting a 17” monitor for that price.

    2. After reading various threads in this & some other forum, I have come across
    Cooler master CM 690 – Rs. 4000
    Corsair VX450W – Rs. 4000
Now my question is it wise to invest Rs. 8000/- in these, where I can get an I-ball Cabinet with PSU for Rs. 2000/- & invest extra money in other parts.

    3. If I go with I ball, I am left with Rs. 13000 approx for mother board & if I go with CM / Corsair with Rs. 7,400/-.
Kindly suggest me a motherboard with integrated graphics (so in case Graphics card fails, I can fall back on onboard graphics for the time being).
May be from Intel G33 / G35 series. G45 is high end. I don't intend to Overclock.
My vendor suggested me Gigabyte. I think I will go with it, but kindly suggest a model.

    Please help.

    Replying to your questions -

    1. Some BenQ and Viewsonic LCDs are available at around 6500/-

    2. You said that you wont be overclocking, so I think the I-ball cabinet is sufficient. You are also a moderate gamer, so spending much more for better cooling cabinet and cooler is not so much required.

    3. GIGABYTE GA-MA780G-UD3H AM2+/AM2 AMD 780G
      OR
      ASUS Motherboard P5K-VM
(These are what I know that supports Core2 Duo E7400 well. There may be also other better options).

Instead of this, go for Seagate 500GB that will cost you 3,200.
That should be 500GB with 7200 rpm and 32 MB buffer.
