ASRock N68PV-GS & installing Vista problem

I have a rather strange concern which I would like to share, if somebody already crossed it

the config:
- mother chart N68PV-GS (chip nvidia 7050)
- processor 5200+ step G2
- RAM crucial 2X1go 5300
- 500w
- engraver LG

my concern is the following: the install of Vista is awfully long (15min+ and I still do not have the 1st menu of the languages…)

if I change the processor + the engraver, the problem does not arise any more (old processor, old engraver = ok!)
I tried to change only the processor, or only the engraver, and I always have the same problem…

if I find the solution, I would post it

You can give the mark of this toypsu ??
If the psu is not good that can explain why the fact that with an old CPU and old readers consuming it less goes better

on the other hand, I could tested with a mother chart ASUS which has same the chipset .

There is no reason to have an incompatibility related on the processor and the engraver…
Is the BIOS of your CM up to date or not??

Is Cd of Windows OK? It has already was useful?? You tried the clear Cmos??
