It depends, if you then have Windows 32 bits 4gb will be useless thus to remain as much on 3Gb. With 3 bars you also profit from Chanel triple, but the tests showed that did not bring large thing compared to the dual one.
Thank you for your help. and is better to take 1600Mhz or 1066? because according to what I read the i7 will manage up to 1066 Mh but one will be able overclock the RAM ?

yes here, 1066 are enough if you do not wish overclock, however that which I gave you it is one of the least expensive and it is a DDR3-1333 in CL7 moreover.
For information:
PC3-8500 = DDR3-1066
PC3-10600 = DDR3-1333
PC3-12800 = DDR3-1600
PC3-14400 = DDR3-1800
PC3-17000 = DDR3-213
The RAM 1600 MHz is useful only in overclocking, of the 1200 MHz can even be enough in BClock coefficient: RAM = 1:3 for a overclocking up to 4 Ghz on a core i7.
Therefore, the PC 12800 is to be reserved only for the OC because frequency RAM with it only increases only little the preferences total system (a little but not much).
