How to Check Internal Information about main devices?

    hey,

Actually,I wanted to find an internal information regarding our main devices of the system such as processor, motherboard, RAM.
Obviously, i cannot remove each and every component and sub-parts of the devices.

I wanted to ask is there any software through which I can find these information?

CPU-Z does not need to be installed.
Just unzip the files in a directory and run the .exe.

In order to remove the program, just delete the files.

The program does not copy any file in any directory, neither writes in the registry.
