Sometimes there's an RPM threshold that the fan must meet or a fan error will be declared by the BIOS. I think typically this is 1500 RPM. This may or may no be adjustable in your BIOS. Another possibility does the CPU fan connector have three or four pins ?
Go to the PC Health section in BIOS & see what fan speed is being reported for the CPU fan. If it's reporting zero, you might have connected it to the wrong fan header on the motherboard. Did you make sure to plug it in the correct "fan" plug on the motherboard... make sure it's plugged into the "cpu fan". also make sure it's running and doesn't randomly stop, also... did you make sure to put it so it's sucking in and not blowing outwards.
Thank you all for your help, i finally managed to solve my problem by disabling the Q-fan chassis and updated bios from a usb stick (see manual).
