I just received my passive ThermalTake radiator yesterday that I installed on my Asus P5Q with my Intel Core 2 Duo 8400

But the problem is that fan does not startup and every boot

Question: How to fix this issue?

In the bios, in hardware monitor, look for:

    "CPU fan speed"

You can control CPU fan, and disable one or the other or both!
