Asus P5N-E SLI is good for the trash or not?

I have a motherboard Asus P5N-E SLI, but I doubt it works.

I had bought second hand from friend after one week it started giving problems (blue screen) and finally, some time after, my screen gives me no signal at the start of my PC.
I have since changed this motherboard and put my old Asus P5VD2 and I have no problems.

my question is whether my P5N-E SLI is good for the trash or not?

ASUS' build quality is excellent and more often than not, the overall package and bundled features are also very valuable. Recently however we were let down by an overrated and overpriced ASUS product that did nothing else but sell a brand name. That product is no other than ASUS' flagship Striker Extreme.
