Beep Sound from my PC

I am facing an issue with My Computer.Whenever i am starting my Pc i am getting an Beep Sound from my Pc.Can anyone tell me what the the issue with my Computer.

I am getting an 3 short Beep. Whenever i start my PC.

Try to remove your RAM and rub it with a easer on the golden Foil which u see,then put it in another slot.If you get the same beep again than place in another PC.After doing this no positive result seems that you need to replace your RAM with a new one.
