I have D945GCNL Motherboard. I want to upgrade RAM for 1 GB 667 Dual Channel.

Kindly suggest what will be price in india.. Can I go for Transcend / Hundai .. please give me Model No so I can proceed further.

There is no need of model no of the RAM chip as such. You can buy any chip of a good (or renowned) company and that will work properly. Like Transcend, Hundai .... Kingston among others. Just give your required specification to the dealer and get that. I think 1 GB ram will cost you around 700 - 1000 bucks.
