MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum problem

Hey all, I was working on cable management the other night and when I reassembled everything my system would only power up for 2 second and then dies. Like it is shutting itself off after not receiving power. I have tried the paper clip trick with the PSU and hooked an antec 550 up to the system as well with no luck. I also reset the cmos via the jumper as well as the battery. Due to being in a hurry I did make the mistake of powering up with the jumper in the clear data position shocking. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello! Can you re-rearrange the cables coming from the PSU? Making it harder to have a clean environment, it is still important to not have one cable taking all the demand. Another thing possible is RAM or something else has become static. Pull rear main power cable out and the cables hanging from the rear, and let things "unload" over night.

I actually unplugged everything other then the atx cable and the 4 pin that goes into the motherboard and tried to start it up. 2 seconds and died. Sat overnight last night and still no luck this morning. I have noticed however that if I hold the atx power cable just in the socket partially the power will stay on but if I move it, the power goes back off.
