I want to mount a raid 1 with 2 HardDisk 650Gb (Western Digital SATA) on my config:

The trouble is (for now) when I want turn on RAID in the BIOS: at my bios menu, i am unable to find the option. I know it must go in "Integrated Peripherals" and in "on chip IDE device"
I navigated a lot (in summary):

I tried to update my BIOS but I have the latest version (1.00) by MSI
but i cant seem to find to option please help
