Help to choose motherboard for Socket 775

I started a new config last month.

My needs: internet, office automation, photoshop and pinnacle studio. No games. All under XP.

    My current config:
    - 2 Strips Kingston memory 512MB PC3200
    - 2 HDD Seagate 160GB Sata
    - CPU fan is ZALMAN CNPS7000B-AlCu for socket A. I do not know if it's possible to recycle ....
    - Video card GeForce FX 5200
    - PSU, no name 430W

    Should I buy:
    - 1GB of RAM or more
    - branded psu
    - a new CPU fan
    - CPU and Motherboard

My choice of material is available in a shop near to my home. They have almost everything at the same price as on the net.

My favorites Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo E7300 seems to be a good value for money. In addition, it seems possible to overclock a little too grown without cooling.

My choice of motherboard? I hesitate a lot. What I need?

On the Catalog of that shop, I spotted some references somewhere not too expensive:
    GIGABYTE EP35-DS3L
    GIGABYTE EP43-DS3L
    GIGABYTE EP45-DS3L
    GIGABYTE EP45-DS3R
    MSI G31M3 F
    MSI P43 Neo-F
    MSI P45 Neo-F
    MSI P45 Neo3-EN
    ASUS P5QL Pro
    ASUS P5Q

I do not know which to choose: Are there any models to avoid?

P5Q or EP45-DS3R are the good choice.

2 GB Ram min, you can have up to 4 GB immediately in spite of changing the OS.

Your graphics card is PCI or AGP ? Because if AGP, then you will also need to change it in order to take another motherboard which than should also offer with integrated graphics chip

Fan not necessary if you are not overclocking.

    Well, thanks for the reply!

For graphics card, it is AGP.
Above cards mentioned are with graphics. Because I do not play, so I just want a DVI output to screen: it still exists DVI? Reassure me!

OK, for the RAM. I'll opt for 2 x 2 GB immediately.

As against for choosing the motherboard, Gigabyte, I see no difference between DS3R and DS3L: you know? If I understand what I have read I'm just taking a P35, P43 and P45, so there should not be any difference among them.

For overclocking, in fact I intend to just over booster for toll E7300. I have read about it with a simple Zalman cpu fan.

    DS3R with chipset ICH10R
    DS3L with chipset ICH10

I think the difference lies in the management of RAID but I am sure, will see on the Gigabyte site.

Now for the graphics chip, all of them must have the chip integrated, in general, G33, G35, G41, G43, G45 from Intel.

If going for a graphics card then go for HD4670.

For overclocking, I can not help you.
