I want to update the BIOS on my Maximus II Formula. But it fails. I tried reboot but no help? what should I do? I got the BIOS update from the ASUS's site and I have Vista on my computer.

Use the driver disk and see what happens. See the manual for BIOS Flash.

Nothing happens, just turn off and on again. Also tried to reset CMOS, but nothing happens as well. It is only the fans going. No screen or something like that.

Never use ASUS update to upgrade the BIOS! Instead use EZ Flash 2.
It will destroy your motherboard. It may take some time to update BIOS, it is important to wait until it is finished. Turn off anti-virus and spyware programs.
