Suggest me a good motherboard

hi guyz.......................

plz suggest me a gud mobo for Intel E7200 Processor.......which would cost me around 3.5 to 4.5k....not more dan dat n it shuld hav 1066MHz of FSB n 800Mhz of RAM i would be usin 2x1g stix(Kingston)

i took a look at the pricelist but i was not sure which 1 is gud....

i am not havin a gfx card....i m not a hardcore gamer.....just a bit of moderate graphic ones......but watch lot of videos n do a bit of graphic works on photoshop....n for normal office works........
