    CPU temperature problem

    Hi everyone!

I mounted my new configuration this afternoon and everything works perfectly.Despite this problem persists: the temperature of my CPU unchanged at 107 °!

Another thing that seems suspicious is the speed of my microprocessor. (home with the processor, E8400), which revolves around 1700-1800 RPM.

I can not find a solution .. therefore i want you guys to help me out.

The thermal paste is applied in thin layer?

The CPU cooler is well clipper with the CPU socket?

    Last BIOS version?

What is the rest of the configuration is informative. If that temperature is not false, because it is typical of a Penryn "a heart" lol (no fansink)

it must come from the thermal paste microprocessor.
This is the type of thermal paste style clay that cracks at the slightest pressure
