Asrock or Foxconn motherboard

[Beter 2 Burn Out]

Hi i am planning to buy a new motherboard for the 775 intel board to run the Q9400.and my requirements is.

• It should have 6 slot and should supports both ddr2 & ddr3
• It should have has 2 PCIe x16 slots

My friend suggest me Asrock & foxconn.i want to know what do you guys think of Asrock & Foxconn?
