After changing motherboard & processor do i need to reinstall windows?

I wondered if after changing the motherboard and processor, do I need to reinstall windows?? My vista stumbled a bit early but everything is fine now .. the fact that after 2 hours using my computer and there's no pitfalls on the horizon! I gave a slap to my graphics card playing Oblivion with graphics at the top and I had minimal lag! A difference with my ancient Celeron D 360!

    Vista Home Basic
    Asus P5B-VM
    Core2 duo e7200
    2x2Gb 633mhz Kingston
    MSI Geforce 8600gt-OC
    Antec 430w

Well, I am advised, after changing motherboard we need to reinstall windows to be sure that the specs of the new card will not be in conflict with those of the former.
